Hi, I am Constanze

and this work is one of my deepest callings. As my teacher of the last decade will tell you — the foundation of this work is meditation and stillness — the ground from which self-awareness and transformation arise. It is a journey of discovery that leads us into new freedom, openness, and love.

It is through this work that I have learned to consciously steward my life toward the path it follows today. Shaped by the early loss of my mother, an emotionally absent father, and the experience of being uprooted at a tender age to return to a country I had long left behind, I once felt lost, broken, and without a true sense of belonging and purpose.
Only through trauma-informed psychedelic work was I able to retrieve the lost and fragmented parts of myself — to allow healing, forgiveness, and acceptance of the pain I had carried — and to receive a profound understanding of life, its beauty in all its depths, and, most importantly, the faith that we are never truly alone. There is a higher intelligence at play which, once surrendered to, will never lead us astray.
