Microdosing is
A gentle recalibration
of the mind
Microdosing involves taking very small, sub-perceptual amounts of psychedelic substances — most commonly psilocybin — with the intention of enhancing mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing.
Unlike a full psychedelic experience, a microdose doesn’t alter perception or induce hallucinations. Instead, it subtly interacts with the brain’s neurochemistry to support new patterns of thought, mood, and behavior.
How it works
Recent research in neuroscience suggests that psychedelics influence the brain’s serotonin 2A receptors, temporarily increasing neuroplasticity — the brain’s ability to form new neural pathways and release rigid or repetitive thought patterns.
When taken in microdoses, these compounds appear to:
Enhance connectivity between brain regions that don’t typically communicate, allowing for greater cognitive flexibility.
Reduce activity in the Default Mode Network — the area associated with self-criticism, rumination, and “autopilot” thinking — promoting a sense of presence and openness.
Support emotional regulation through improved communication between the prefrontal cortex (decision-making) and the limbic system (emotional center).
Over time, this gentle stimulation can help the nervous system reorganize itself, fostering resilience, creativity, and a more adaptive response to life’s challenges.
Potential benefits
Every individual’s experience is unique, but microdosing has been associated with:
increased focus and productivity
improved mood and motivation
enhanced creativity and flow
decreased anxiety or reactivity
a renewed sense of connection and purpose
These shifts often unfold gradually — like tuning an instrument — as the mind and body learn to harmonize in new ways.
The importance of intention and integration
Microdosing is not a magic solution. The lasting change arises from how it’s practiced — with intention, structure, and integration.
Without mindful context, the brain’s new pathways can easily revert to old patterns. With guidance, these openings can translate into sustainable transformation.
My role is to help you:
create a personalized microdosing protocol aligned with your goals and physiology
understand the neuroscience behind your experience
anchor insights through embodiment, journaling, and lifestyle practices that strengthen new neural patterns
This way, the experience becomes less about a substance and more about training the brain toward clarity, balance, and vitality.
Scientific grounding, human care
Research from institutions such as Johns Hopkins, Imperial College London, and UC Berkeley continues to explore how psychedelics may influence neuroplasticity, trauma processing, and mental health.
While findings are still emerging, the evidence consistently points toward one truth: the mind is capable of remarkable transformation when given the right conditions to rewire and heal.
How I work?
My approach to microdosing guidance is both scientific and soulful — rooted in neuroscience, mindfulness, and ceremonial awareness.
I support you in creating the right inner and outer conditions for this practice to unfold safely and meaningfully, from intention setting and dosage education to emotional integration and nervous system support.
Each journey unfolds over six weeks.
During this time, we work together through:
One-to-one sessions for personalized guidance, reflection, and adjustment of your protocol
Continuous support between calls for questions, integration, and accountability
Weekly journal prompts to deepen self-inquiry and track shifts in mood, energy, and creativity
This six-week journey offers structure, reflection, and continuity — allowing new neural pathways and habits to gently take root.
The intention is not only to explore microdosing itself, but to cultivate a more conscious relationship with your mind, body, and daily rhythm.
